세계무역기구협정의 이행에 관한 특별법 제1조(목적)

(목적) 이 법은 「세계무역기구 설립을 위한 마라케쉬 협정」을 이행할 때 세계무역기구 회원국으로서의 우리나라의 권리와 이익을 확보하고 이 협정의 이행으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 피해를 최소화함으로써 국민경제의 건전한 발전을 보장하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
