법원 또는 치료감호심의위원회는 제8조의2제4항 또는 제8조의3제1항에 따라 치료명령의 집행 면제에 관한 결정을 한 때에는 지체 없이 신청인 또는 피치료감호자, 신청인 또는 피치료감호자의 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소의 장, 교도소ㆍ구치소 또는 치료감호시설의 장에게 결정문 등본을 송부하여야 한다.
