성폭력범죄자의 성충동 약물치료에 관한 법률 제35조(벌칙)

① 이 법에 따른 약물치료를 받아야 하는 사람이 도주하거나 정당한 사유 없이 제15조제1항의 의무를 위반한 때에는 7년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

② 이 법에 따른 약물치료를 받아야 하는 사람이 정당한 사유 없이 제10조제1항 각 호의 준수사항을 위반한 때에는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
