성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제35조(진술조력인 양성 등)

① 법무부장관은 의사소통 및 의사표현에 어려움이 있는 성폭력범죄의 피해자에 대한 형사사법절차에서의 조력을 위하여 진술조력인을 양성하여야 한다.

② 진술조력인은 정신건강의학, 심리학, 사회복지학, 교육학 등 아동ㆍ장애인의 심리나 의사소통 관련 전문지식이 있거나 관련 분야에서 상당 기간 종사한 사람으로 법무부장관이 정하는 교육을 이수하여야 한다. 진술조력인의 자격, 양성 및 배치 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다. <개정 2020.10.20>

③ 법무부장관은 제1항에 따라 양성한 진술조력인 명부를 작성하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice저스티스 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 register^r레지스터 of어^v브 statement스테잇먼트 assistants어시스턴츠 trained트^r레인드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
