① 무역항의 수상구역등에서 위험물취급자는 다음 각 호에 따른 안전에 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.

③ 위험물취급자는 위험물 안전관리자를 고용한 때에는 그 해당자에게 안전관리에 관한 교육을 받게 하여야 한다. 이 경우 위험물취급자는 교육에 드는 경비를 부담하여야 한다. <신설 2017.10.31>

⑤ 관리청은 제1항에 따른 안전조치를 하지 아니한 위험물취급자에게 시설ㆍ인원ㆍ장비 등의 보강 또는 개선을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.31, 2020.2.18>
