선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제81조(동의에 의한 절차의 폐지)

① 신청인은 알고 있는 수익채무자 및 책임제한절차에 참가한 자 모두의 동의를 받아 책임제한절차의 폐지를 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 신청이 있는 경우 법원은 책임제한절차를 폐지하는 결정을 하여야 한다.
