선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제72조(비용 등의 유보명령)

① 제90조제1항에 따라 체당(替當)된 비용 등으로서 그 금액이 확정되지 아니한 것이 있는 경우에는 법원은 관리인에게 기금 중 상당한 금액을 유보할 것을 명하여야 한다.
