선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제27조(절차 개시의 효과)

① 책임제한절차가 개시된 경우 제한채권자는 이 법에 따라 공탁된 금전과 이에 대한 이자의 합계액(이하 "기금"이라 한다)에서 이 법에 정하는 바에 따라 배당을 받을 수 있다.

② 제1항의 경우 제한채권자는 기금 외에 신청인 또는 수익채무자의 재산에 대하여 권리를 행사하지 못한다.
