선박소유자 등의 책임제한절차에 관한 법률 제16조(다른 절차의 정지명령 등)

① 책임제한절차 개시의 신청이 있는 경우 법원은 신청인 또는 수익채무자의 신청에 의하여 책임제한절차 개시의 결정이 있을 때까지 제한채권에 의하여 신청인 또는 수익채무자의 재산에 대하여 진행 중인 강제집행, 가압류, 가처분 또는 담보권실행으로서의 경매절차의 정지를 명할 수 있다.

② 법원은 직권으로 또는 당사자의 신청에 의하여 제1항에 따른 결정을 변경하거나 취소할 수 있다.
