Enforcement Decree of the Coal Industry Act, Article 41-2 (Restrictions on Payment of Mine Closure Countermeasure Costs)

제30조의2제1항제4호의 규정에 의한 지원을 받은 자 또는 제41조제4항제1호의 규정에 의한 전업지원금을 지급받은 퇴직근로자가 석탄광산에 재취업한 후 당해 석탄광산이 폐광되는 경우에 당해 퇴직근로자에 대하여는 제41조제4항의 규정에 의한 폐광대책비를 지급하지 아니한다.
