석유 및 석유대체연료 사업법 제43조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 산업통상부장관은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 이 법에 따른 권한의 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사ㆍ한국석유관리원ㆍ품질검사기관 또는 석유산업의 건전한 발전을 목적으로 산업통상부장관의 허가를 받아 설립된 법인에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 산업통상부장관, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제30조제1항제1호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 따른 권한을 한국석유관리원에 한하여 위탁할 수 있다. 이 경우 중대한 위해가 발생하였거나 발생할 우려가 있어서 긴급하고 부득이하다고 인정되는 때로 제한하여야 한다. <신설 2012.1.26, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
