석면피해구제법 제35조(재심사청구의 제기)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 결정이나 인정 등(이하 "결정등"이라 한다)에 대하여 불복하는 자는 위원회에 재심사를 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2017.11.28, 2024.3.19>

② 제1항에 따른 재심사청구는 결정등이 있음을 안 날부터 90일 이내에 하여야 한다. 다만, 천재지변ㆍ전쟁ㆍ사변, 그 밖의 불가항력적인 사유로 재심사를 청구할 수 없는 기간은 재심사청구기간에서 제외한다. <개정 2020.5.26, 2024.3.19>
