석면피해구제법 제11조(장례비)

① 장례비는 피인정자가 사망한 경우 그 장례를 지낸 유족에게 지급한다. 다만, 석면질병과 명백히 다른 사유로 사망한 경우에는 지급하지 아니한다. <개정 2016.12.27, 2021.1.5>
