서울대학교치과병원 설치법 제10조(치과병원장)

① 치과병원에는 치과병원장(이하 "원장"이라 한다) 1명을 둔다.

② 원장은 치과병원을 대표하며, 치과병원의 업무를 총괄한다.

(2) The^ð더 director더^r렉터 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Dental덴틀 Hospital하스피틀 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③ 원장은 이사회의 추천을 받아 교육부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(3) The^ð더 director더^r렉터 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 upon어판 the^ð더 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education,에저케이션 after애^f프터 recommendation^r레커먼데이션 by바이 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 원장의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 한 번만 연임할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 director더^r렉터 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 director더^r렉터 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 only온리 once.원스

⑤ 원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 사람의 순서로 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑥ 원장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 임기 중 본인의 의사에 반하여 해임되지 아니한다.

(6) The^ð더 director더^r렉터 shall섈 not낫 be비 dismissed디스미스트 against어겐스트 his히즈 or오 her허 will윌 during두^r링 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office,오^f피스 except익셉트 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

⑦ 제6항제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 따라 원장을 해임하려면 이사장을 포함한 이사 정수(定數) 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한 후 해임을 건의하여야 한다.
