새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제39조(수익사업의 사전 협의)

① 농림축산식품부장관이 법 제57조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 새만금청장과 미리 협의하여야 하는 대상은 관광ㆍ휴양 및 레저를 목적으로 하는 개발면적 1만제곱미터 이상의 수익사업으로 한다. <개정 2016.2.11>

② 농림축산식품부장관은 법 제57조제2항 및 제3항에 따라 새만금청장과 미리 협의하려는 경우에는 해당 수익사업의 개발계획에 관한 서류를 새만금청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11>

③ 새만금청장은 제2항에 따라 수익사업에 관한 협의를 요청받은 경우에는 20일 내에 의견을 보내야 하고, 그 기간에 의견을 보내지 아니하면 협의된 것으로 본다. <개정 2016.2.11>
