Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 31-13 (Timing of Issuing Corporate Bonds|1)
모집의 방법으로 공사채를 발행하는 경우에는 그 발행총액에 해당하는 인수가액 전액이 납입되기 전에는 그 공사채를 발행하지 못한다.
