Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 18 (Application for Approval of Supply Plans for Raw Land, etc.|10)

① 사업시행자는 법 제22조제1항에 따라 원형지에 대한 공급계획을 승인받으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 공급계획서에 공급대상 원형지의 경계를 명시한 지형도면을 첨부하여 새만금청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11>
