Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 16 (Application for Approval of Supply Plans for Created Land|7)

사업시행자는 법 제22조제1항에 따라 새만금사업으로 조성된 토지(이하 "조성토지"라 한다)에 대한 공급계획을 승인받으려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 공급계획서에 공급대상 조성토지별 분할도면을 첨부하여 새만금청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.11>
