새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제11조의9(투자진흥지구의 지정해제)

① 법 제11조의6제1항제1호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 10년을 말한다. 다만, 새만금청장이 투자자의 신청을 받아 투자진흥지구를 지정한 경우에는 5년을 말한다.

② 법 제11조의6제1항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사유"란 다른 법령에 따른 개발행위의 제한이나 투자자의 사업 참여 기피 등으로 상당한 기간 내에 투자진흥지구를 개발할 수 없을 것으로 예상되는 경우를 말한다.

③ 새만금청장은 법 제11조의6제1항에 따라 투자진흥지구의 지정을 해제한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보 또는 인터넷 홈페이지에 고시하고, 국세청장ㆍ관세청장ㆍ전북특별자치도지사 및 투자자(제11조의6제2항에 따른 신청이 있는 경우로 한정한다)에게 즉시 통보해야 한다. <개정 2024.12.24>
