새만금사업 추진 및 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제11조의6(새만금투자진흥지구의 지정 등)

① 새만금청장은 법 제11조의5제1항에 따라 새만금투자진흥지구(이하 "투자진흥지구"라 한다)를 지정할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 투자진흥지구 지정계획(이하 "지정계획"이라 한다)을 수립해야 한다.

② 투자자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 투자진흥지구 지정 신청서에 사업계획서를 첨부하여 새만금청장에게 투자진흥지구의 지정을 신청할 수 있다.

(2) An앤 investor인^v베스터 may메이 apply어플라이 to투 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Saemangeum시메인기엄 Agency에이전시 for^f포 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 an앤 investment인^v베스트먼트 promotion프^r러모우션 zone존 by바이 submitting서브미팅 a어 business비즈니스 plan플랜 together터게^ð더 with위^ð드 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 an앤 investment인^v베스트먼트 promotion프^r러모우션 zone존 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Ordinance오더넌스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

③ 법 제33조에 따른 새만금위원회(이하 "새만금위원회라 한다)는 법 제11조의5제1항에 따라 투자진흥지구의 지정 여부를 심의할 때 지정계획을 기초로 유치대상 투자의 실행가능성, 토지의 효율적 이용 및 고용 증대 등 지역경제에 미치는 영향 등을 종합적으로 고려해야 한다.

④ 새만금청장은 법 제11조의5제1항에 따라 투자진흥지구를 지정한 경우에는 법 제11조의5제2항 각 호의 사항을 관보 또는 인터넷 홈페이지에 고시하고, 국세청장ㆍ관세청장ㆍ전북특별자치도지사 및 투자자(제2항에 따른 신청이 있는 경우로 한정한다)에게 즉시 통보해야 한다. <개정 2024.12.24>

⑤ 제1항에서 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 투자진흥지구의 지정에 필요한 세부절차는 새만금청장이 정하여 고시한다.
