Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Promotion of and Support for the Saemangeum Project, Article 11-4 (Dismissal of Members, etc.|7)

① 새만금청장은 법 제11조의3제3항제2호에 따른 위촉위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.

(1) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Saemangeum시메인기엄 Agency에이전시 may메이 dismiss디스미스 a어 commissioned커미션드 member멤버 under언더 Article아터클 11-3 (3) 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 from^f프^r럼 the^ð디 appointment어포인트먼트 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

1. 심신장애로 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 member멤버 becomes비컴즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 due두 to투 mental멘틀 or오 physical^f피지클 disability;디서빌리티

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 위원으로 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 경우

4. 제11조의3제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 데에도 불구하고 회피하지 않은 경우

② 법 제11조의3제3항제3호부터 제7호까지의 규정에 따라 위원을 추천한 사람은 해당 위원이 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 추천을 철회할 수 있다.
