새마을금고법 시행령 제6조(대의원회 등)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따른 금고의 대의원회는 그 금고의 이사장과 대의원으로 구성한다.

② 대의원의 자격은 정관으로 정하되, 회원으로 가입한 후 1년이 지난 자이어야 한다. 다만, 금고가 설립된 후 1년이 지나지 아니하였거나 직장 금고의 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

(2) The^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 but벗 a어 delegate델러게잇 must머스트 be비 a어 person퍼슨 for^f포 whom훔 one원 year이어 has해즈 passed패스트 since신스 joining조이닝 as애즈 a어 member.멤버 However,하우에^v버 this^ð디스 shall섈 not낫 apply어플라이 where웨어 one원 year이어 has해즈 not낫 passed패스트 since신스 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 or오 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 a어 workplace워크플레이스 cooperative.코아퍼^r레이티^v브

③ 금고의 대의원의 수는 회원 수에 비례하여 정관으로 정하되, 100명 이상으로 한다.

④ 대의원의 선임방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
