새마을금고법 시행령 제47조(출연금)

① 법 제72조제1항제1호에 따라 금고 또는 중앙회가 납입하는 출연금액은 다음 각 호의 계산식에 따라 산정한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

② 제1항제1호에 따른 출연금은 매분기 종료 후 1개월 이내에 납입하여야 하고, 제1항제2호에 따른 출연금은 매 사업연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 납입하여야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

③ 금고가 설립인가(신설합병의 경우는 제외한다)를 받은 때에는 제1항에 따른 출연금 외에 인가를 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 납입출자금의 100분의 10을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 관리위원회가 정하는 비율을 곱한 금액을 출연금으로 납입하여야 한다. <신설 2011.9.9>

④ 제1항에 따른 출연금의 납입한도 및 납입방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 관리위원회가 정한다. <개정 2011.9.9>
