새마을금고법 시행령 제47조의2(출연금의 감면)

① 중앙회는 법 제72조제4항에 따라 중앙회의 직전 회계연도 말일 현재 준비금의 적립액이 법 제72조의2제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 설정 또는 재설정된 준비금 적립액의 목표규모(상한 및 하한을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 "목표규모"라 한다)의 하한 이상 상한 이하가 되는 경우에는 관리위원회의 의결을 거쳐 중앙회 또는 금고가 내는 해당 회계연도의 출연금을 감액하여야 한다.

② 중앙회는 법 제72조의2제4항에 따라 중앙회의 직전 회계연도 말일 현재 준비금의 적립액이 목표규모의 상한을 넘는 경우에는 관리위원회의 의결을 거쳐 중앙회 또는 금고가 내는 해당 회계연도의 출연금을 면제하여야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 목표규모의 설정과 출연금 감면의 구체적 절차와 방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 관리위원회의 의결을 거쳐 중앙회가 정한다.

④ 중앙회는 제3항에 따라 정한 사항을 중앙회의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 announce어나운스 the^ð더 matters매터즈 determined디터먼드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) on안 the^ð디 Internet인터넷 website웨브사잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation.^f페더^r레이션
