새마을금고법 시행령 제45조(관리위원회의 운영)

① 위원장은 관리위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지정하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 due두 to투 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 grounds,그^r라운즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 관리위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 관리위원회에 서무를 처리하게 하기 위하여 간사와 서기 각 1명을 두되, 이들은 준비금에 관한 업무를 담당하는 중앙회 소속 직원 중에서 회장이 지명한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

(4) The^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 one원 clerk클러크 to투 handle핸들 general제너^r럴 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 duties두티즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 reserve.^r리저^v브

⑤ 제4항의 간사는 관리위원회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

(5) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) may메이 attend어텐드 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 Committee커미티 and앤드 speak.스픽

⑥ 관리위원회의 운영에 관하여 이 영에 규정된 것 외에 필요한 사항은 관리위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
