Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 37 (Application for Dispute Mediation)

제35조에 따라 분쟁조정을 신청하려는 자는 분쟁조정 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 회장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2011.9.9>
