새마을금고법 시행령 제24조(대의원회)

① 법 제58조제6항에서 준용하는 법 제16조제1항에 따른 중앙회의 대의원회는 회장과 대의원으로 구성한다. <개정 2011.9.9>

(1) The^ð더 delegates'델러게잇츠 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 under언더 Article아터클 16 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 as애즈 applied어플라이드 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 under언더 Article아터클 58 (6) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 shall섈 be비 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 and앤드 delegates.델러게잇츠

② 대의원의 자격은 정관으로 정하되, 대의원은 금고의 이사장이어야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 a어 delegate델러게잇 must머스트 be비 a어 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 cooperative.코아퍼^r레이티^v브

③ 중앙회의 대의원 수는 금고 수, 금고의 자산 규모 및 경영실적 등을 고려하여 정관으로 정하되, 100명 이상 300명 이하로 한다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2014.12.9, 2023.5.15>

(3) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 delegates델러게잇츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 shall섈 be비 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 in인 consideration컨시더^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 cooperatives,코아프^r러티^v브즈 the^ð디 asset애셋 size사이즈 and앤드 management매너지먼트 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 cooperatives,코아프^r러티^v브즈 etc.,엣세터^r러 but벗 shall섈 be비 at앳 least리스트 100 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 300.

④ 대의원은 지역별로 선임하되, 그 선임방법 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
