Enforcement Decree of the Decorations Act, Article 20 (Receipt or Delivery by Bereaved Family or Agent)

① 법 제33조에 따라 훈장 또는 포장을 유족이나 대리인에게 수여할 때에는 필요에 따라 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장이 발행하는 유족증명이나 별지 제3호서식의 위임장을 제시하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 유족에게 훈장 또는 포장을 대리 수여하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 순위에 따른다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

4. 형제자매 중 연장자 순
