상훈법 시행령 제12조(의례용 훈장의 등급별 교부기준)

Enforcement Decree of the Decorations Act, Article 12 (Standards for Conferment by Class of Ceremonial Orders)

① 법 제16조제3항에 따라 의례적 장식용으로 패용하는 수교훈장의 등급별 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 대사급 이상: 1등급

2. 공사급: 2등급

2. Minister미너스터 level:레^v블 second세큰드 class;클래스

3. 참사관급: 3등급

3. Counselor카운설러 level:레^v블 third^θ써드 class;클래스

4. 1등 및 2등 서기관급: 4등급

4. First^f퍼스트 and앤드 second세큰드 secretary세크^r러테^r리 level:레^v블 fourth^f포^θ스 class;클래스 and앤드

5. 3등 서기관급: 5등급

② 정부대표, 특별사절 및 그 밖의 수행원에 대하여는 그 지위에 따라 제1항의 기준을 준용한다.
