상호저축은행법 제25조의6(회계의 원칙)

① 중앙회의 회계는 기업회계기준에 따라 회계처리하여야 한다. <개정 2018.2.21>

② 중앙회는 지급준비예탁금의 수입 및 운용업무를 할 때 별도의 계정을 설치하여 회계처리를 구분하여야 한다. <개정 2018.2.21>

③ 금융위원회는 제2항에 따른 지급준비예탁금의 수입 및 운용업무와 관련하여 자산의 건전성, 대손충당금의 설정 등에 관한 구체적인 기준을 정할 수 있다.
