상호저축은행법 제24조의14(감사인의 지명)

「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」에 따라 외부감사를 받아야 하는 상호저축은행이 대통령령으로 정하는 사유에 해당하는 경우 금융위원회는 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」 제19조에 따른 증권선물위원회에 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제11조에 따라 해당 상호저축은행의 감사인의 지명을 의뢰할 수 있다. <개정 2015.7.31, 2017.10.31>
