상표법 시행규칙 제81조(국제출원서 등의 대체서류 제출)

① 지식재산처장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 서류가 법, 영 및 이 규칙에서 정하는 바에 따라 작성되지 아니한 경우에는 기간을 정하여 출원인이나 제출인에게 대체 서류의 제출을 명할 수 있다. 다만, 그 서류의 흠결을 바로잡을 수 없는 경우에는 그 서류를 출원인이나 제출인에게 구체적인 이유를 밝혀 반려하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항 본문에 따라 대체 서류의 제출명령을 받은 자는 지정기간 에 별지 제35호서식의 국제출원서 등 제출서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 지식재산처장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
