상법 제834조(부수비용ㆍ체당금 등의 지급의무)

①용선자나 송하인이 제832조 및 제833조제1항에 따라 계약을 해제 또는 해지를 한 때에도 부수비용과 체당금을 지급할 책임을 면하지 못한다.

②제832조제2항 및 제3항의 경우에는 용선자나 송하인은 제1항에 규정된 것 외에도 운송물의 가액에 따라 공동해손 또는 해난구조로 인하여 부담할 금액을 지급하여야 한다.
