상법 제507조(사채관리회사 등의 보수, 비용)

① 사채관리회사, 대표자 또는 집행자에게 줄 보수와 그 사무 처리에 필요한 비용은 사채를 발행한 회사와의 계약에 약정된 경우 외에는 법원의 허가를 받아 사채를 발행한 회사로 하여금 부담하게 할 수 있다.

② 사채관리회사, 대표자 또는 집행자는 사채에 관한 채권을 변제받은 금액에서 사채권자보다 우선하여 제1항의 보수와 비용을 변제받을 수 있다.
