상법 제408조의6(집행임원의 이사회에 대한 보고)

① 집행임원은 3개월에 1회 이상 업무의 집행상황을 이사회에 보고하여야 한다.

② 집행임원은 제1항의 경우 외에도 이사회의 요구가 있으면 언제든지 이사회에 출석하여 요구한 사항을 보고하여야 한다.
