상법 제276조(유한책임사원의 지분양도)

유한책임사원은 무한책임사원 전원의 동의가 있으면 그 지분의 전부 또는 일부를 타인에게 양도할 수 있다. 지분의 양도에 따라 정관을 변경하여야 할 경우에도 같다.
