상법 제159조(창고증권에 의한 입질과 일부출고)

창고증권으로 임치물을 입질한 경우에도 질권자의 승낙이 있으면 임치인은 채권의 변제기전이라도 임치물의 일부반환을 청구할 수 있다. 이 경우에는 창고업자는 반환한 임치물의 종류, 품질과 수량을 창고증권에 기재하여야 한다.
