상법 제103조(위탁물의 귀속)

위탁매매인이 위탁자로부터 받은 물건 또는 유가증권이나 위탁매매로 인하여 취득한 물건, 유가증권 또는 채권은 위탁자와 위탁매매인 또는 위탁매매인의 채권자간의 관계에서는 이를 위탁자의 소유 또는 채권으로 본다.
