산업표준화법 제32조(한국표준협회)

Industrial Standardization Act, Article 32 (Korean Standards Association)

① 인증받은자는 산업통상부장관의 인가를 받아 한국표준협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(1) Certification서터^f퍼케이션 holders호울더즈 may메이 establish이스태블리시 the^ð더 Korean코^r리언 Standards스탠더즈 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 with위^ð드 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade.트^r레이드

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 협회의 회원이 될 수 있다.

(3) Any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 may메이 become비컴 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association:어소우시에이션

1. 인증받은자

1. Certification서터^f퍼케이션 holders;호울더즈

2. 제27조제1항에 따라 단체표준을 제정한 단체

2. Organizations오거너제이션즈 that^ð댓 have해^v브 established이스태블리시트 group그^r루프 standards스탠더즈 under언더 Article아터클 27 (1);

3. 산업표준화 및 품질경영과 관련된 기관 및 단체

3. Institutions인스티투션즈 and앤드 organizations오거너제이션즈 related^r릴레이티드 to투 industrial인더스트^r리얼 standardization스탠더디제이션 and앤드 quality콸러티 management;매너지먼트

4. 산업표준화 및 품질경영에 관한 지식과 기술이 있는 자 중 협회의 정관으로 정하는 자

4. Persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 knowledge날러지 and앤드 skills스킬즈 in인 industrial인더스트^r리얼 standardization스탠더디제이션 and앤드 quality콸러티 management매너지먼트 who후 are아 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

④ 협회의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

⑤ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
