Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Article 43 (Persons Required to Submit Process Safety Reports)

① 법 제44조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 유해하거나 위험한 설비"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사업을 하는 사업장의 경우에는 그 보유설비를 말하고, 그 외의 사업을 하는 사업장의 경우에는 별표 13에 따른 유해ㆍ위험물질 중 하나 이상의 물질을 같은 표에 따른 규정량 이상 제조ㆍ취급ㆍ저장하는 설비 및 그 설비의 운영과 관련된 모든 공정설비를 말한다.
