산업발전법 제48조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

① 이 법에 따른 산업통상부장관의 권한은 그 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 소속 기관의 장 또는 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.3.29, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
