Special Act on Support for Industrial Technology Parks, Article 16 (Exemption from Various Charges, etc.)

① 산업기술단지에 대하여는 다음 각 호의 부담금을 면제한다.

② 산업기술단지 안의 시설물 소유자나 사업 경영자에 대하여는 「도시교통정비 촉진법」 제36조에 따른 교통유발부담금을 면제한다.
