산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법 제14조(정보화 등의 추진)

① 국가나 지방자치단체는 산업기술단지의 정보화 및 산업기술단지 간의 정보통신망 구축ㆍ이용 등 정보화 촉진에 필요한 사항을 지원할 수 있다.

② 「전기통신사업법」 제64조에 따라 자가전기통신설비를 설치한 자는 유휴설비가 있는 경우에 사업시행자로 하여금 그 유휴설비를 이용하게 할 수 있다.
