산업기술단지 지원에 관한 특례법 시행령 제11조(출연금의 관리 및 사용 등)

① 법 제17조에 따른 출연금을 받은 사업시행자는 그 출연금에 대하여 별도의 계정을 설정하여 관리하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 출연금은 산업기술단지의 조성ㆍ운영에 드는 비용에만 사용하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 contribution칸트^r러뷰션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 used유즈드 only온리 for^f포 costs카스츠 of어^v브 developing디^v벨러핑 and앤드 operating아퍼^r레이팅 the^ð디 industrial인더스트^r리얼 technology텍날러지 park.파크

③ 법 제17조에 따라 사업시행자에 출연한 자는 사업시행자가 정당한 사유 없이 제2항에 따른 용도 외의 용도로 출연금을 사용하였을 때에는 출연금의 전부 또는 그 일부를 회수할 수 있다.
