산림조합법 제99조(운영에 관한 특례)

① 회장은 전시ㆍ사변이나 그 밖에 이에 준하는 비상사태의 경우에 회원 및 중앙회를 위하여 긴급한 조치가 필요하고 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회를 소집할 수 없을 때에는 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회의 권한의 범위에서 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다.

② 회장은 제1항의 조치를 하였을 때에는 지체 없이 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회를 소집하고 그 조치사항을 보고하여야 한다.

(2) When웬 the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 has해즈 taken테이큰 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 President프^r레저덴트 shall섈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 delegates'델러게잇츠 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 report^r리포트 the^ð더 measures메저즈 taken.테이큰

③ 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회는 제1항의 조치를 수정하거나 정지하게 할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 delegates'델러게잇츠 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 may메이 modify마더^f파이 or오 suspend서스펜드 the^ð더 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).
