산림조합법 제92조(정관기재사항)

Forestry Cooperatives Act, Article 92 (Matters to Be Stated in Articles of Association)

① 중앙회의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 정관의 변경은 산림청장의 인가를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 산림청장이 정관 변경의 인가를 할 때 신용사업에 관한 사항에 관하여는 금융위원회와 협의하여야 한다.
