산림조합법 제86조의4(회원의 자격)

① 조합공동사업법인의 회원은 조합 및 중앙회로 하고, 다른 조합공동사업법인은 준회원으로 한다.

② 조합공동사업법인의 회원이 되려는 자는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 출자하여야 하며, 조합공동사업법인은 준회원에 대하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 가입금과 경비를 부담하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 조합이 아닌 회원이 출자한 총액은 조합공동사업법인의 출자 총액의 100분의 50 미만으로 한다.
