산림조합법 제75조(설립등기)

① 조합은 출자금의 납입이 완료된 날부터 2주 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 하여야 한다.

② 설립등기 신청서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

(2) The^ð디 application애플러케이션 for^f포 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 shall섈 state스테잇 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 설립등기를 할 때에는 조합장이 신청인이 된다.

(3) When웬 registering^r레지스터^r링 establishment,이스태블리시먼트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 becomes비컴즈 the^ð디 applicant.애플리컨트

④ 제2항의 설립등기 신청서에는 설립인가서, 창립총회 의사록 및 정관의 사본을 첨부하여야 한다.

(4) A어 copy카피 of어^v브 the^ð디 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 establishment,이스태블리시먼트 the^ð더 minutes미닛츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 inaugural이노거^r럴 general제너^r럴 meeting미팅 and앤드 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 attached어태치트 to투 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 for^f포 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

⑤ 합병 또는 분할로 인한 조합의 설립등기 신청서에는 제4항에 따른 서류 외에 제65조에 따른 공고 또는 최고를 한 사실과 이의를 진술한 채권자에게 변제나 담보를 제공한 사실을 각각 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
