산림조합법 제69조(청산인)

① 조합이 해산하였을 때에는 파산으로 인한 경우를 제외하고는 조합장이 청산인이 된다. 다만, 총회에서 다른 사람을 청산인으로 선임하였을 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 청산인은 그 직무의 범위에서 조합장과 동일한 권리ㆍ의무를 가진다.
