산림조합법 제60조의4(우선출자의 양도)

① 우선출자는 양도할 수 있다. 다만, 우선출자증권 발행 전의 양도는 조합에 대하여 효력이 없다.

② 우선출자를 양도할 때에는 우선출자증권을 내주어야 한다.

③ 우선출자증권의 점유자는 적법한 소지인으로 추정한다.

④ 우선출자증권의 명의 변경은 취득자의 성명 및 주소를 우선출자자 명부에 등록하고 그 성명을 증권에 적지 아니하면 조합과 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

⑤ 우선출자증권을 질권의 목적으로 할 때에는 질권자의 성명 및 주소를 우선출자자 명부에 등록하지 아니하면 조합과 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.
